A wildflower meadow at dawn. Still veiled in mist and cool after the night’s rain, yet already touched by the first warm rays of sunlight. Grass and leaves glisten with dew, while the air carries the scent of wet, gently steaming greenery. The world is waking up and, for one fleeting moment, seems entirely new.
Delicate bergamot almost instantly melts into the vibrant green intensity of blackcurrant leaves. Cool, juicy, with their distinctive tart edge. Then comes the blackcurrant itself - ripe, succulent, still damp from the rain.
Flowers slowly emerge from the greenery - lily of the valley and delicate lilac, followed by Bulgarian rose. Subtle, but far from innocent. It brings a sense of femininity to the composition - self-assured, beautiful and just a little defiant. The green character of blackcurrant remains in the background, keeping the flowers fresh rather than sweet.
As the fragrance develops, patchouli becomes more pronounced, brushed with the faintest touch of cocoa. Amber notes gradually warm the composition, while white musk softens the coolness of the greenery, giving the fragrance an almost skin-like quality.
Scarlett is capricious. On the skin, she seems to reveal a different side of herself each time. Sometimes it is the wet leaves and juicy blackcurrant that come forward; at other times, the flowers, patchouli or the faintest trace of cocoa. She is elusive, unexpected and a little unpredictable - much like the woman whose name she bears.
She knows her own allure. She keeps her distance and does not let you come too close too quickly. She has no need to seduce or entice. Scarlett is not something she wears to make herself more desirable — it is an extension of who she is.
